Ohio Cannabis Reforms to Move Forward by Bill or Ballot

Activists in Ohio say they practically have sufficient signatures to power the legislature to go an adult-use hashish invoice or put an adult-use hashish initiative on the 2022 poll, the Ohio Capital-Journal reviews.

Identified in Ohio as an initiated statute, the Ohio Poll Board gave organizers inside the Coalition to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol permission to maneuver ahead with gathering signatures in August.
